Il importe et il urge de changer la constitution du Sénégal et d’en faire un texte qui corresponde aux besoins, aux vœux et aux aspirations du peuple. Il nous faut UNE CONSTITUTION, UNE JURIDICTION ET UNE ADMINISTRATION AU SERVICE DU JUB JUBAL JUBBANTI.
Si le Président DIOMAYE DIAKHAR FAYE a quelque gêne pour le faire par la voie parlementaire, qu’il consulte le peuple par référendum. Par ailleurs, une élection présidentielle anticipée n’est pas à exclure. Elle permettrait de rebattre les cartes.
Si ces mesures ne sont pas envisagées, je l’ai beaucoup répété dans mes chroniques, les chouans ne cesseront d’attaquer. LA RÉVOLUTION EST EN DANGER ! Alors, C’EST RÉSISTER OU PÉRIR.
